We confirm the actual stock label, rating and warranty before dispatch. Compatibility with stop-start is checked against the individual product.
The specification comes first.
Capacity, starting current, casing size and terminal position must suit the car. AGM, EFB and conventional batteries are not interchangeable simply because they fit in the tray.

The invoice
It records the battery supplied, the date and the price you agreed before dispatch. Keep it with the car's service papers.
The warranty details
Warranty runs up to 24 months depending on the battery supplied. Ask for the duration and conditions that apply to your exact unit.
The old battery
Confirm when booking that the old battery will be collected. A used lead-acid battery should not be left in a car park or put in general waste.
